Shelter Cove falls under the Humboldt County Cannabis Program, but because of its location in the coastal zone, it would be counter productive to try to navigate the permits.  Park your boat here. If you need to be near the beach, we understand.  Try Whitethorn or Briceland, its a short drive to Shelter Cover from those two excellent growing locations.
